Light, bright studio with vaulted ceilings on the third floor facing Punta Gorda due north. At the quiet end of the resort, it is private with only three units on the floor. Protected from ocean winds, the terrace and condo are open to catch daily hillside breezes.
All floors in condo and on terrace (terraza) are the original Mexican tile in excellent condition. Kitchen and terrace updated with granite countertops and all new parota wood cabinetry with drawers and slide out shelves. Updates include large refrigerator, granite quartz inset sink, and Teka countertop stove.
Custom queen size comfy bed with six storage drawers. Plenty of storage in closets and drawers. Bathroom with marble counter, inset sink, travertine shower. Washer/dryer in suite. Mini split air conditioning. Ceiling fans high in living room and over bed.
Telephone, direct internet service, HOA TV access with fibre optic being installed. 24-hour security guards. Low semi annual HOA fees. HOA office on site with excellent manager.
Studio rentals in great demand. This easy to care for condo has not been rented.
